Ashok Leyland Ltd on Monday said that it has allotted over 64 lakh equity shares on conversion of 4,500 foreign currency convertible notes (FCCNs).

After the above allotment, the total issued and paid-up capital of the company was Rs 12.33 crore, the leading commercial vehicles manufacturer informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 42.10, down 0.59 at the BSE.
